9. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Service, its Content, and the underlying technology, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Street Verify or its licensors. By agreeing to these Terms, you do not acquire any rights to the Service, Content, or its associated intellectual property other than those expressly granted by these Terms.
10. User Content and Conduct
As a User, you may have the opportunity to create, post, or share content, such as feedback or custom integration scripts. You retain all intellectual property rights in, and are responsible for, the content you share. However, by posting content on the Service, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such content in any existing or future media. You also represent and warrant that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Upon cancellation, your right to use the Service stops right away. The Company will calculate the amount of refund based on the unused portion of the service that has been prepaid by you, if applicable. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services, and operation of our website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
While Street Verify strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that the data provided through our API services will be error-free at all times. Users should be aware that address verification and geocoding results may not always reflect real-time or the most current data due to delays in updates or errors in source material. Street Verify does not warrant that the functions contained in the service will meet your requirements or that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Furthermore, the data provided by Street Verify should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions, including but not limited to, navigation, legal actions, real estate transactions, or emergency response coordination. Users are advised to independently verify any data obtained from our service prior to making such decisions.
We disclaim all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the data provided. Under no circumstances will Street Verify be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
19. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Street Verify and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.
21. Force Majeure
Street Verify shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond Street Verify’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation (including “line-noise” interference).
22. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service you receive from us. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Street Verify shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
